Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School shall provide a free appropriate public education for all students with disabilities. The school Administrative Leadership Council shall develop and implement administrative procedural directive(s) that comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, its implementing regulations, and state regulations established pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1412, while continuing to adhere to the rigorous academic guidelines of the International Baccalaureate program.
